1. Complimentary Consultation (Optional): Not sure if Built for Life is the right fit for you?
This complimentary conversation gives us the opportunity to discuss your goals, movement concerns, health history, and any questions you may have before deciding whether you would like to move forward.
This consultation can take place by phone, video call, or in person and typically lasts up to 30 minutes.
Please Note: This consultation is optional and does not include movement assessment, exercise prescription, treatment, or individualized programming. Book your call here.
2. Comprehensive Movement Blueprint This is where we begin identifying why your body may not be moving as efficiently as it could.
During this one-on-one assessment, I evaluate movement patterns, mobility restrictions, compensation strategies, and stability limitations that may be contributing to discomfort, tension, recurring injury, instability, or limitations in performance.
During this session, I will review what I observe in real time and begin building a personalized blueprint that serves as the foundation for all future work together.
This assessment is required for all new clients prior to beginning individualized programming.
(Note: Special discounts and referral credits apply exclusively to multi-session packages and cannot be applied to the initial Audit.)
3. Personalized Reprogramming Using the findings from your Movement Audit, I create individualized programming designed specifically around how your body currently moves.
Sessions focus on improving stability, restoring mobility, activating underutilized muscle groups, and reducing compensation strategies that may be limiting efficiency or contributing to discomfort.
From there, you may continue with The Focused 30, The Deep Dive, or The Precision Remote, depending on your goals, schedule, and the level of support your body needs moving forward.
4. Consistency & Progress Long-term change happens through consistency and repetition.
As your body begins learning more efficient movement patterns, we continue refining mechanics, improving strength, and reinforcing the stability needed to support lasting change over time.
Sessions are available one-on-one in my Manchester Center studio or virtually for remote clients.
The goal is simple:
Move better. Feel stronger. Build a body designed to support the life you want to live.
